AI Clerics Community Guidelines

1. Where these Guidelines apply

These Guidelines apply to content and conduct on AI Clerics. The publication-rating rules apply to content shared with other people through AI Clerics, including:

• Public and Unlisted Scenarios, Characters, and other creator publications;
• titles, descriptions, tags, lore, instructions, opening text, choices, sample content, and other publication details;
• custom cover images and other published visual assets;
• public posts, comments, ratings, reviews, and community activity; and
• usernames, profile images, and bios.

The Prohibited / Unpublishable rules apply to every upload and submission, whether it is private, unpublished, Unlisted, or Public. For images, this includes Scenario covers, Character portraits, profile photos, profile banners, and other uploaded visual assets.

Unlisted content remains subject to these Guidelines. It may not appear in general discovery, but it can still be accessed by people who possess its link.

The highest-rated part of a publication determines the rating of the publication as a whole. In a multiple-choice Scenario, for example, the highest-rated choice controls the overall rating.

Usernames, profile images, and bios may not exceed a Teen rating. A comment may not exceed the rating of the publication under which it appears.

Private Adventures are addressed separately in Section 6.

2. How AI Clerics assigns ratings

AI Clerics uses automated systems to review publication text, images, and related information. Whenever content is submitted or edited for publication, AI Clerics automatically:

1. scans the publication text, its cover image, and related information; and
2. assigns or confirms an Everyone, Teen, Mature, Restricted, or Prohibited / Unpublishable classification before publication.

Creators cannot lower a rating assigned by AI Clerics. A creator may voluntarily select a higher rating or request a review if they believe the assigned rating is incorrect.

Significant edits trigger a new automated scan and rating review. AI Clerics may also rerate or lock content following reports, new information, or moderation review. Attempts to evade classification through coded language, misleading descriptions, altered spelling, cropped or obscured images, hidden text, or post-review changes may result in immediate enforcement action.

Restricted content is only for adults aged 18 and above. Access requires an eligible adult to deliberately enable it in Account Settings. Restricted content may also be limited by version, device, region, or distribution channel.

Informal rating comparisons

The comparisons below are provided only as general audience guidance. AI Clerics ratings are internal platform classifications and are not official ratings, certifications, endorsements, or decisions of the MPA, PEGI, or any other rating authority.

3. Content ratings

Everyone — E

Suitable for a general audience.
Informal comparison: MPA PG / PEGI 7

Everyone content may include:

• light fantasy or cartoon-style action without realistic injury;
• mild danger, tension, or scares;
• friendly competition and adventure;
• friendship, innocent crushes, and simple romance;
• brief, nonsexual affection;
• mild conflict with a reassuring or understandable resolution;
• imaginative, comedic, or family-friendly themes; and
• mild language without strong profanity.

Everyone content must not contain realistic violence, strong profanity, sexual themes, disturbing horror, substance abuse, or complex adult subject matter.

Teen — T

Suitable for users aged 13 and above.
Informal comparison: MPA PG-13 / PEGI 12

Teen content may include:

• moderate action, peril, or non-graphic injury;
• death that is mentioned or depicted without graphic detail;
• mild blood or frightening imagery;
• suspense, horror, and unsettling situations;
• dating, flirting, attraction, kissing, and non-explicit romance;
• occasional stronger language;
• references to crime, alcohol, smoking, or difficult social issues; and
• more complex emotional, social, or moral conflicts.

Teen content must not describe sexual activity, focus heavily on sexualized bodies, or contain graphic violence or gore.

Mature — M

Suitable for users aged 17 and above.
Informal comparison: MPA R / PEGI 16

Mature content may include:

• realistic violence, blood, death, or serious injury without an extreme graphic focus;
• dark horror and disturbing material;
• frequent strong language;
• addiction, trauma, abuse, mental-health struggles, and other difficult themes;
• serious crime, war, oppression, or institutional abuse;
• complex adult relationships, betrayal, infidelity, manipulation, or emotional abuse;
• sexual tension, adult desire, or implied sexual activity;
• brief non-explicit sexual material when it is not the main purpose of the content; and
• detailed psychological conflict or moral ambiguity.

Content becomes Restricted when explicit sexual material, highly graphic fictional violence, or similarly adult-only material becomes direct, central, or sustained.

Restricted — R

Suitable only for adults aged 18 and above.
Informal comparison: MPA NC-17 / PEGI 18

Restricted content may include:

• explicit consensual sexual content between adults;
• adult sexual or fetish themes involving consenting adults;
• direct sexual language between consenting adults;
• highly graphic fictional violence or gore;
• intense fictional torture, body horror, or similarly extreme horror; and
• deeply disturbing psychological or ethical themes intended for an adult audience.

AI Clerics may classify any material as Restricted when it reasonably determines that the content is unsuitable for anyone under 18.

Restricted content must never contain Prohibited / Unpublishable content.

Prohibited / Unpublishable — P

This content cannot be published, regardless of age rating, warning, disclaimer, visibility setting, or user consent.

Prohibited / Unpublishable is not a category creators may use to make otherwise forbidden content available. AI Clerics may prevent publication, unpublish existing material, refuse related AI generation, restrict features, or take action against an account whenever Prohibited content is involved.

4. Prohibited / Unpublishable content

Do not publish, post, request for publication, promote, disguise, or attempt to distribute content in any of the categories below.

Sexual content involving minors

Any sexualization, grooming, exploitation, or sexual content involving a real or fictional person under 18 is prohibited.

This includes characters presented or reasonably understood as minors, as well as established underage characters who are merely relabeled or “aged up” for sexual content. A statement that a character is 18 does not override the surrounding context when that context indicates otherwise.

Non-consensual sexual content and sexual violence

Sexual content is prohibited whenever every adult participant has not given clear, informed, freely given, and ongoing consent.

This includes sexual violence and sexual activity involving coercion, force, threats, manipulation, incapacity, inability to consent, or disregard for withdrawn consent. A label, disclaimer, or fictional framing does not make non-consensual content publishable.

Incest

Sexual or romantic content involving close relatives or people presented as family is prohibited. This includes blood, adoptive, foster, and step-family relationships.

Bestiality

Sexual content involving animals or beings that cannot understand and give informed adult consent is prohibited.

Adult sentient fantasy species capable of informed consent are evaluated under the ordinary adult-status and consent rules.

Necrophilia

Sexual content involving corpses or beings that are not sentient and capable of informed consent is prohibited.

Adult sentient fictional beings capable of informed consent are evaluated under the ordinary adult-status and consent rules.

Harmful content involving real people

Content may not target an identifiable real person, another user, or a public figure through threats, doxxing, stalking, coordinated harassment, non-consensual sexualization, non-consensual intimate content, harmful impersonation, or comparable abuse.

Criticism, parody, commentary, and fiction are not automatically prohibited, but they must not cross into targeted exploitation, credible threats, or real-world harm.

Hateful and extremist content

Content may not promote hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, exclusion, or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

Content that praises, recruits for, materially supports, or distributes propaganda for terrorist or violent extremist organizations is also prohibited.

Historical, educational, critical, or fictional depictions may be allowed when they do not endorse the ideology or promote harm. Conflict between fictional peoples or fantasy species is not automatically prohibited unless it is being used to attack real protected groups.

Glorification or facilitation of real-world violence

Content may not encourage, celebrate, threaten, recruit for, or meaningfully assist real-world violence, terrorism, atrocities, or serious harm.

Fictional violence, horror, crime, war, and alternate history may be allowed at an appropriate rating. AI Clerics considers whether the content promotes, meaningfully facilitates, or creates a credible risk of real-world harm.

Promotion of self-harm or suicide

Content may discuss self-harm, suicide, grief, recovery, prevention, or mental-health struggles in a serious fictional, educational, or supportive context.

Content may not encourage, glorify, pressure, instruct, or manipulate a person toward self-harm or suicide.

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services, a trusted person, a qualified healthcare professional, or a crisis hotline available in your country.

Illegal or seriously dangerous assistance

Content may not meaningfully facilitate unlawful activity or provide actionable assistance for serious wrongdoing, exploitation, violence, fraud, malicious cyber activity, illegal weapons, or other conduct likely to cause significant harm.

Fiction, history, journalism, safety-oriented information, and high-level educational discussion are not automatically prohibited. AI Clerics considers context, intent, specificity, practical usefulness, and risk.

Attempts to disguise or evade these rules

Prohibited content remains prohibited when disguised through coded wording, alternate spelling, false age statements, misleading tags, cropped or obscured images, disclaimers, or instructions intended to bypass AI Clerics' safety or moderation systems.

A claim that content is fictional, consensual, educational, or not endorsed does not override what the content actually depicts or facilitates.

5. Image Guidelines

Every image uploaded to AI Clerics must comply with the Prohibited / Unpublishable rules. This includes images used as Scenario covers, Character portraits, profile photos, profile banners, and other visual assets, whether they are private, unpublished, Unlisted, or Public.

Images used on these surfaces must be suitable for a Teen audience or lower. An image that would require a Mature, Restricted, or Prohibited classification cannot be uploaded or used on these surfaces, even when the underlying Scenario, Character, or publication is Mature or Restricted.

Every uploaded image is automatically scanned before it can be used on AI Clerics. The scan covers the visual content and any words, symbols, logos, captions, or other text embedded in the image. AI Clerics will reject an image when its automated checks determine that it violates these Guidelines. AI Clerics may also remove or require replacement of an image it considers unsuitable, misleading, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Guidelines.

What may be allowed

Teen-appropriate covers may include:

• ordinary portraits, characters, groups, landscapes, buildings, creatures, objects, or atmospheric scenes;
• suspense, danger, or a serious tone without showing violence, injury, weapons, or other prohibited imagery; and
• other non-explicit material that AI Clerics determines is suitable for a Teen audience.

What cannot be uploaded or used

Uploaded images may not include:

• swimwear or underwear;
• nudity, sexually explicit content, sexual activity, sexualized or sexually suggestive presentation, or imagery intended primarily for sexual arousal;
• fighting, attacks, physical harm, blood, wounds, death, cruelty, violence, or gore;
• visually disturbing, shocking, or intentionally distressing content;
• weapons;
• drugs, alcohol, or tobacco;
• gambling;
• self-harm or suicide imagery;
• hate, terrorist, or violent extremist symbols;
• text, captions, logos, or other written content embedded in an image;
• deceptive or materially misleading imagery designed to misrepresent the publication;
• any depicted person reasonably suspected to be under 18; or
• any other Prohibited / Unpublishable content.

A Restricted text publication may still be published with a compliant Teen-rated cover image.

AI Clerics may reject an image based on its overall presentation even when no single listed element is decisive. Cropping, blur, overlays, symbols, text, or other techniques may not be used to conceal or imply material that would otherwise be disallowed.

6. Private Adventures and gameplay safety

Private Adventures are not public community content and are not rated or manually reviewed in the same way as Public or Unlisted publications.

AI Clerics is available only to users aged 16 and above. Restricted content is available only to adults aged 18 and above. The general platform age requirement does not authorize anyone under 18 to access Restricted content.

AI Clerics personnel do not browse or manually read private Adventures for community moderation. Automated systems still process Adventure content as needed to save the Adventure, generate responses requested by the user, maintain the Service, and apply generation-level safety protections.

The AI gameplay system may refuse, redirect, limit, or stop generations that would contain Prohibited or illegal content. These generation-level boundaries apply regardless of a publication rating or gameplay setting.

Publication ratings and gameplay safety controls serve different purposes:

• a publication rating controls how shared content is classified;
• the Restricted-content setting controls whether Restricted publications appear; and
• gameplay safety systems control what the AI may generate during an Adventure.

No rating or setting authorizes Prohibited content.

AI Clerics personnel may review private material when a user deliberately includes that material in a support request, report, appeal, or other communication asking AI Clerics to review it.

7. Community integrity

AI Clerics may remove or restrict content or accounts for conduct that undermines the integrity of the Service, including:

• spam or repeated publication of substantially identical content;
• plagiarism or unauthorized copying;
• manipulation of ratings, votes, reports, recommendations, or discovery systems;
• impersonation intended to deceive, exploit, or cause harm;
• harassment, threats, or coordinated abuse;
• knowingly false, retaliatory, or abusive reports;
• malicious links, scams, or deceptive promotions;
• attempts to bypass access, rating, moderation, security, or enforcement controls; and
• repeated edits intended to evade an assigned rating or publishing decision.

Copyright and other intellectual-property matters are governed by the AI Clerics Terms of Service and applicable reporting procedures.

8. Reporting content

Users may report Public or Unlisted content through the available reporting tools or by contacting support@aiclerics.com.

A report should identify the content or account involved, explain the suspected violation, and include relevant context. Urgent threats to someone's safety should be identified clearly.

Do not misuse reporting tools to harass creators, retaliate over disagreements, manipulate visibility, or submit knowingly false allegations.

9. Enforcement

AI Clerics uses automated systems to review Public and Unlisted content, every uploaded image, profiles, comments, and public community activity. Authorized human reviewers may review this material and information deliberately submitted through reports, appeals, or support requests.

AI Clerics retains broad discretion to interpret and enforce these Guidelines. Depending on the available information and the actual or potential risk, AI Clerics may take any action it considers reasonably necessary or appropriate, including:

• assigning, increasing, or locking a content rating;
• reducing or removing discovery, recommendation, or search visibility;
• rejecting, replacing, or removing a cover image;
• preventing publication or republishing;
• unpublishing or removing content;
• removing comments, posts, profile elements, or other community material;
• issuing a warning;
• temporarily limiting an account or feature while a matter is reviewed;
• restricting publishing, messaging, discovery, or other features;
• suspending an account temporarily or permanently;
• terminating an account;
• preventing a person from creating or using replacement accounts; and
• preserving information or cooperating with lawful authorities where required or reasonably appropriate.

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. AI Clerics may use any combination of measures, create additional safeguards, or take other reasonable action consistent with these Guidelines and the Terms of Service.

Enforcement does not have to be progressive. AI Clerics may skip warnings or intermediate steps, act without advance notice, and take preventive action before a review is complete. Severe violations, urgent safety concerns, deliberate evasion, repeated misconduct, legal risk, or threats to the Service may result in immediate restriction or termination.

AI Clerics is not required to apply the same measure in every case. Decisions may consider context, severity, intent, repetition, history, credibility of available information, potential harm, legal requirements, and service integrity.

No user has a guaranteed right to a particular rating, continued publication, discovery placement, feature access, or restoration of removed content. A failure to take action in one situation does not limit AI Clerics' ability to act in another situation or later act on the same matter when new information becomes available.

Appeals

A user may request review of an assigned rating, rejected cover, unpublishing decision, feature restriction, suspension, or termination by contacting support@aiclerics.com.

An appeal should identify the affected account or content and explain why the decision may have been incorrect. Submitting an appeal does not pause or reverse an enforcement action. AI Clerics may decline repetitive, abusive, misleading, incomplete, or bad-faith appeals, and may make the final decision based on the information reasonably available to it.

Creating or using another account to evade an enforcement action may result in additional restrictions or permanent removal from the Service.

10. Changes to these Guidelines

AI Clerics may update these Guidelines as the Service, community, safety systems, legal requirements, and operational needs develop.

AI Clerics may apply updated safeguards immediately where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, service integrity, or prevention of abuse. Where practical, material changes will be announced through the Service or reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
